No Rules Fashion has many unique items, including custom made one-of-a-kinds and exclusive items from vendors. We have always had a No Return policy in our store.

We realize every online purchase will not always work out for our customers, so we are offering exchange only or store credit for a future purchase.

Because we know every situation is different, if you have extenuating circumstances about your purchase, please email us within 3 business days to discuss.

The following return policies apply under all circumstances:

  • All returns must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of wear, no pet hair or damage of any kind from trying on, such as stretched seams, perfume, body lotion, deodorant, make up, etc. Any odor detected will also void your return and you will lose your money. This includes cigarette smoke and body odor.
  • Returns are not offered for:
    • wigs, glitter, hats, pasties, corsets, underwear, lingerie, hosiery, bathing suits, bikini panties, booty shorts.
    • Anything that you would not want to purchase knowing someone else tried it on and returned it. If you are not sure, feel free to ask prior to purchasing.
    • Sale discounted merchandise are final sale.
  • Returns will need to be mailed back within 5 business days of return authorization.
    • You will be responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges
    • Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • We will not be responsible for damage or loss from carrier used to return, so please keep your tracking number!

Your store credit will remain on your account. Store credits will be charged a maintenance fee if not used within 1 year.
